These Terms govern use of the "Forgotten Yesterday Poster" application ("the App"), a private publishing tool operated by the owner of the Forgotten Yesterday history channel.
The App exists to publish the operator's own original short-form history videos to the operator's own connected social media accounts (such as TikTok) via official platform APIs. It is a single-operator tool and is not offered as a service to the public.
The App is used only to publish content that the operator owns or is authorised to distribute, in compliance with the terms and community guidelines of each connected platform. The App does not interact with, collect data from, or take any action on behalf of any other users.
All videos published through the App are original content created by the Forgotten Yesterday channel. The operator is responsible for ensuring published content complies with applicable platform policies and law.
The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. The operator uses it at their own discretion and risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the App.
